Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order ships, estimated delivery within the United States is usually 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Dropal is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
