Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will do our best to cancel or update your order before it is processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Dropal is not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
